The Head of the Garden in Nes Ammim in Israel is responsible for maintaining and developing the garden area of Nes Ammim. He or she ensures an attractive, beautiful and peaceful surrounding for all volunteers, employees, renters and the many guests of NA from Israel and all over the world. The garden area is approximately 8 ha, half of which is irrigated and non irrigated lawns. It contains also a botanical garden of 2,5 ha with a wide variety of plants, some native to Israel and others from all over the world. |
| Functie eisen | Practical work experience in large scale garden, a middle or higher level of horticultural education desirable, reasonable knowledge of English. Social mangement skills: Organizing, team management, motivating people. Cooperative, hands-on attitude, flexibility, good communication and social skills. Willingness to live in a small village community. Willingness to support Christian identity and the ideology of Nes Ammim. |
